HOLIDAY SHIPPING ALERT 

Due to increased production volumes we cannot guarantee all orders will be received before December 25th.  The date the order was placed, the shipping destination and the point of fulfillment are all factors into the final arrival date.  We recommend you select an appropriate shipping method where available to avoid disappointment.

All products are printed on flat rolls of white fabric, laser cut, and sewn together from scratch. All of our garments are also garment washed for softness. Each item is manufactured on demand after you place your order.

Exact design color not guaranteed for every computer screen and phone displays differently. Printers vary between prints.
With items you love this much, give them the care they deserve. Machine wash in cold water with like colours. Tumble dry low, iron if necessary, and do not bleach! Keep the graphics looking their freshest by turning items inside out before washing. Loose ends are part of the lifecycle of any garment. Try not to cut or pull them, instead nip them in the bud by knotting, and then cut off any extra string past the knot.
Since we’re starting your items from scratch, all orders take 5-10 business days to be manufactured, packed and shipped. Items arrival varies based on final destination and shipping methods.  Please note: we don’t offer express shipping of any kind. Please note that the packing and shipping process may take longer during and after sales, over holidays or if your order has to be signed.

Shipping costs come down to the number and types of items making up your order.

Prices are as follows:
    UNITED STATES
    • Bags and Hoodies: $7 first item, $2 for each additional item
    • All other products $5 first item, $2 for each additional item
    EVERYWHERE ELSE
    • Bags and Hoodies: $9 first item, $3 for each additional item
    • All other products $7 first item, $3 for each additional item
    Here’s a few examples of how orders stack up: 1 bag, 2 t-shirts = $7 first item fee + $2 2nd item + $2 3rd item = $11 total shipping fee 2 t-shirts = $5 first item fee + $2 2nd item fee = $7 total shipping fee 2 bags = $7 first item fee + $2 2nd item fee = $9 total shipping fee For returns / exchanges, all shipping payments must be received within 10 business days of the initial request, or your reshipment / exchange will be denied.

    *If you are ordering outside of the United States, please check with your local postal service to see if you will be charged an additional customs fee based on the price of your order. We can not include that charge in the original shipping price, change the value of the merchandise in the customs information, or refund anyone for this charge. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    Typically, unless advertised otherwise, it takes 5 - 7 business days for a product to be manufactured and leave our warehouse.

    For domestic (USA) orders: As soon as your order is handed off to the postal service you will be sent an email with a tracking number. Please note tracking links can take 24 – 48 hours to become active. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

    For international orders: As soon as your order is handed off to the postal service you will be sent an email with a tracking number. International orders are shipped via HK Post. Depending on your local country’s post office you may be able to track the package through delivery. Many countries do not support this. We recommend contacting your local post office once your order shows as delivered to your local country in the HK Post tracking link.
    If you're quick, yes! Just send us an email with your name, order number, and your correct shipping address within 24 hours of ordering and we can fix it. On occasion we ship in under 24 hours, we cannot update your address once you have received a tracking email. If you change your address within your TGN account, it WILL NOT update in your current order.
    Undamaged items and unwashed/unworn apparel can be returned for a refund and must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will NOT accept items that are not in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center.

    Once we receive the item back you will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item. Shipping costs can not be refunded. If your package is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any reshipping costs.
    All shipping payments must be received within 7 business days of the initial request, or your reshipment / exchange will be denied. Retired Drawing Board designs, Prize and Sale items can not be returned for any reason.
    Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center. Include a note with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Refund or Exchange?
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable)
    Ship the merchandise to the return address provide to you by your customer service representative.

    Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. Your order # is required for your return or exchange to be processed by our fulfillment warehouse. Please email customer service to let them know about your return. Include all information listed in step 2. This will help should your package ever be lost in transit. If you do not have your packing slip or are not sure if an item is returnable, please contact us.
    Exchanges must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. If you need to make an adjustment to your order prior to shipment send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to adjust it for you. If you are exchanging due to an error on our part send us an email and we will be more than happy to exchange your product. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

    All shipping payments must be received within 7 business days of the initial request, or your reshipment / exchange will be denied. Washed or worn apparel are not valid for exchange for any reason. Sale and Prize items are not valid for exchange for any reason. We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned.
    Because we do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.

    We can only process exchanges for like-quantities. For example, if you return (1) T-shirt, we cannot process an exchange for (2) T-shirts, even if the total merchandise value is the same. If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we will issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
    Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center. Include a note with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Refund, Store Credit or Exchange?
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable)
    Ship the merchandise to the return address that is printed on your packing slip.

    Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. Your order # is required for your return or exchange to be processed by our fulfillment warehouse. If you do not have your packing slip or are not sure if an item is returnable, please be sure to contact us.
    If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect item with your order, please contact us including the following information:
    • Order number
    • Wrong item received
    • Missing item
    If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (e.g.: misprinted, hole in the fabric, etc.), please contact us and make sure to include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Defective item
    • Description of the defect(s)
    • Picture of the defect(s)
    If you need to cancel your order please send us an email right away. All orders have the ability to be canceled prior to shipment. If your package has shipped and you would still like to cancel you can return your order for a refund minus original shipping costs so long as your product is undamaged and/or unworn.
